GINCC West End Winter Wonderland @ Al Quaal Recreation Area
Mar 13 @ 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Join us on Saturday, March 13 to enjoy the outdoors and fun activities at Al Quaal Recreation Area, Ishpeming.

Sledding, snowshoeing and snow sculpture building will all be offered. All participant will get a NMU neck gaiter, free treats and be eligible to be entered in to a raffle with awesome prizes donated by GINCC members.

Build your own carboard sled at home and come join the fun, or just bring your favorite slider for some laps on the gully hill.

Snowshoe around Baby Lake and unscramble the letters along the trail to revel a secret message.

Build a snow sculpture of your own design.

COVID mitigation protocol must be followed. Facemasks and physical distancing is required. With that said, outdoor activities are the safest way to enjoy time with family and friends. We want this to be an event where people feel safe and enjoy themselves.

The mission of the Greater Ishpeming-Negaunee Area Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to building great businesses, great neighborhoods, & great places to experience Western Marquette County.

The chamber will fulfill its mission through the following:
